Meditating for 30 mins
I) Let yourself daydream and your mind roam in the possibilities and what if’s that lie within you
II) Don’t move or do anything else until the time is up
III) Now - enjoy the flow of ideas and creativity pouring out of you
After a day of “artist-misery” this meditation has completely reset my feelings and outlook on the day. Within 30 minutes I have had more creative input and spins on old ideas than in the last two weeks combined.
I would recommend it to anyone! :)
